-> Artykuły luty, 2020 Key Challenges for Administrators of Built Heritage Tourism Destinations in Poland at the Beginning of the 21st Century Autor: Michał Koskowski The article explores the key issues affecting built heritage tourism destination management in Poland in the first two decades of the 21st c. Author explored the duties of heritage administrators and analysed their activities and strategies in the face of contemporary technological and cultural changes. Based on literature review, digital content analysis, postal survey, personal observation and interviews the study demonstrates that administrators of some heritage destinations in Poland may have yet to embrace the advances of the post-modern era in order to better prepare themselves to respond to the dynamics of the tourism market. The data presented in the article was collected during a statutory research project carried out at the Tourism Department, College of World Economy, Warsaw School of Economics in the year 2019.
